We will graciously accept your returns, we must receive them back in store within 10 business days of you receiving your package. We will return the item if you are not content with the item, it doesn’t fit, whatever the reason, given that we receive an email from you within 5 days of receipt.
We want to be sure that before you ship, if you are exchanging it for another size, that we do have the right size in stock. If not, we may be able to show you an alternative design or make another arrangement. So hang tight! In any case, we need to hear from you via email before you ship the returned merchandise. Please contact yum@bigfootdonuts.com with the details.
The items can be returned for exchange or store credit, not including the initial shipping cost, as long as:
- You communicated with us within 5 days of receipt.
- The item is in perfect condition, has not been worn, and with tags intact.
- A copy of the original sales receipt is included.
We are not responsible for the payment of the return shipping, all return and exchange shipping costs are at the customer's expense. International customers are responsible for any duty incurred at the border.
Please take note, that until your item is returned to us, we cannot be responsible for it. Please track your packages.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Items MUST be mailed ’Signature Reuired’, or we are not responsible for potential theft of items.
